How to rebel against an immoral government (and stay out of jail)

If you’re reading this, it’s almost a certainty you are someone who is skeptical of mainstream narratives and understand how many of the stories/norms you accepted years ago were intentionally designed by distant powerful forces, forces which may not have your best interests in mind (or possibly even actively-hostile toward your existence).

The slow awakening to being a dissident can be a lonely one - you feel like you’re the only one who is coming to understand the cracks in the false story which is still accepted at face value by everyone else in your life - and you wonder what other falsehoods you may have internalized for most of your life, from institutions you trusted.

Humans are social creatures and are sensitive to what we perceive others in our social circle consider to be acceptable behaviors/beliefs; it takes a tremendous amount of Disagreeableness to embrace a belief/position which is held by nearly nobody you know (or positions and beliefs which appear to be held only by low-status people in our social circles).

Over time, you wonder if there are other dissidents amongst your family and friends who are themselves keeping quiet about their heterodox beliefs for the same reasons you are - to blend in, to protect their own social standing and prevent themselves from being exiled.

Rebellion is lonely - the pressure is overwhelming to conform, to play along. Truth be told, this pressure cracks many dissidents when they come to terms with that loneliness. This is where the term “FedPosting” comes from - people who arrive at the conclusion that they are ruled over by evil overlords and surrounded by obedient thralls of their oppressors. They grimly decide that the only appropriate response to being under the thumb of an such an evil regime is lone-wolf violence against superficial apparatuses of the State - attacking a random police officer, Googling bomb-making instructions in hopes of building such a device and using it on some nearby government outpost (if I wasn’t clear - seriously, don’t do any of these things).

These (and related) actions are understandable - but utterly useless. Not only are such lone-wolf acts of violence wildly destructive to the individual who commits such crimes (shot by police, incarcerated for decades), they don’t even really do much to impede the oppressive machinery (which was the hoped-for goal of the misguided dissident).

When you're fighting against an enemy who surpasses in you every dimension (money, media, manpower) it’s foolish to fight them head-on.

Such an enemy can be led by incompetent executives & their equally inept lieutenants and still win through the sheer magnitude of their resources.

The only way a smaller insurgent can achieve victory against such a formidable foe is to whittle them down over time, frustrate morale of their lowest-ranking frontline troops, while sowing division within their leadership.

Any sufficiently-large organization suffer a multitude of internal cracks, and this is doubly true for oppressive regimes run by immoral and unworthy overlords.

Their immoral orders are ultimately enforced at gunpoint by underpaid front-line troops, who are themselves forced to obey unreasonable and illogical orders. Those frontline footmen have more in common with us dissidents than their distant pampered commanders.

It’s also true that thousands of ambitious, competent men of honor across their uniformed ranks were denied promotions to carve out nepotistic positions filled by unworthy-but-well-connected adult children of the ruling class. Find them and befriend them - these men know where the bones are buried, and where the chain of command are most brittle.

Many will quit in disgust (or got fired under various flimsy pretexts) - taking the knowledge of our overlords’ most-vulnerable secrets with them.

Many more will choose to hold their tongues, grit their teeth and continue to obey the orders of the lesser men who were promoted over their heads but quietly wait for the day when a worthy leader they can proudly swear their swords to emerges.

Both will be important allies in the fight ahead.

Simply disbelieving the lies of our overlords is insufficient. To be useful in the rebellion, the smart dissident must take care of your own health and well-being. Rid yourself of self-destructive habits like porn, overeating, overindulgence of alcohol/drugs, or excessive social-media consumption.

Discipline yourself to eat clean, and commit to daily bodyweight calisthenics - push-ups and squats are inexpensive ways to harden your body, and a man who pushes himself to his limit every day will over time accumulate a massive advantage over our soy-swilling, internet-addicted, porn guzzling foes.

Learn to be cunning and hide your power level, while quietly identifying other allies in your neighborhood. Online friendly partisans are fine - but true friendships come from building real relationships with capable dissident men who live within your neighborhoods and willing to defend each others’ homes in emergencies.

”I don’t know anyone like that” I hear some of you complain. And if that’s you - take an honest look at your life and ask if such capable men would find you a useful person to add to their phone - addicted to social media/porn/junk food, incapable of walking over a mile without getting out of breath.

Capable men exist in every ZIP code, even the most-pozzed areas of our benighted nation but unless you bring yourself up to a level that can earn their respect, why would they choose to add you to their lives?

Level yourself up for what is to come.

And be of good cheer - most people in history never get to be part of a successful rebellion against an evil overlord; if you play your cards right, you may very well get to be the part of the founding members of the nation-state to arise from the ashes of American decline.
